Jennifer Lopez was spotted holding hands with her much younger boyfriend, Casper Smart, while existing a building in New York City on Monday (January 30), further confirming that she is still very much moving on from her marriage to Marc Anthony. Rumors have been swirling that Jennifer and Marc were headed for a reconcilliation after becoming close again on their recent television project.
Doubtful by the looks of this.
JLo and Marc Anthony Reunite for Work
Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony are really good exes. Unlike most couples who are divorcing, JLo and Marc are still very much in contact and working on a project together. The duo reunited on the red carpet for the premier of their new reality competition - Q'Viva! - The Chosen on Saturday (January 14).
The parents to Emme and Max kept a very comfortable, open body language sitting next to one another onstage in director's chairs. Singer, designer and American Idol judge Lopez happily tapped her ex on the arm and gestured toward him during one point in the discussion. Later in the chat, Anthony responded in kind, tapping his ex's left hand to point our her flashy rings.
What was it like working with Anthony again? "Same as it was any other time we worked together," Lopez told reporters. "We have a great time working together."
Too bad outside of work, the duo are in the middle of a nasty divorce and custody battle.

For the record, JLo is dating a 24 year old dancer herself.

Marc Anthony Is One Generous Boss After Treating Staff To A Free Caribbean Holiday
If there would be a search for a generous employer for 2011, Latin superstar singer Marc Anthony would be a strong candidate for such an accolade.
This developed after the 43-year-old father of two, treated his entire 14-person staff to an all expenses paid getaway to the Dominican Republic.

Aside from a rest and recreation, the superstar singer and his crew also took time to visit a local orphanage to offer cheers and entertainment to the less fortunate kids.
The staff were very happy to the unexpected gift given to them by their boss and they vowed to work even harder for him.
The singer for his part expressed joy in sharing his blessings to his crew.
The year 2011 had been an exciting year for Anthony, who continued to enjoy success in his work, but at the same time suffered a huge setback when his marriage with American singer/actress Jennifer Lopez ended.
