Cruise was the top choice in the list based on her likability and media coverage.
Taking the second spot in the interesting list is Harper Seven Beckham, the five-month old daughter of football superstar David Beckham and former Spice Girls member Victoria Beckham.
The third spot goes to the daughter of Hollywood superstars Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, Shiloh.
