Jennifer Aniston is better than all of us, because when you can drop $21 million on a mansion like it's nothing, you're seriously rollin'. Check out her new pad:
TMZ is reporting that the Friends actress just purchased a 8,500 square foot mansion in the Bel Air section of Los Angeles. Originally priced at $24 million, the 42-year-old actress was able to snag it for $3 million under the asking price.
Jen’s new crib has four bedrooms, six bathrooms, a pool, gorgeous beach and city views, in addition to its own vineyard!
That's how baller's roll in Bel Air - it's called the Emerald City in LA, because it has the most tree-cover of any place in the city. Looks like Justin Theroux has hit the lottery once again!

Jennifer Aniston & Justin Theroux Spend Vacation Holed Up In Cabin
It looks like Jen Aniston & her beau, Justin Theroux got some quality baby-making practice time in over the holidays because they apparently spent their entire vacation in Telluride holed up in their cabin.
"Jen and Justin spent every night in," a source tells Us Weekly of the oh-so-in-love couple, who stayed in a luxe 13,386-square-foot cabin. Though they ventured out during the day, a witness adds that Aniston, 42, and Theroux, 40, "kept a low profile."
A third source adds that Aniston and Theroux took daily ski lessons -- and it certainly paid off! "Jen is a really good skier," Aniston's good pal Chelsea Handler tells Us. And she should know -- the Chelsea Lately host, 36, spent six days with the couple in the picturesque ski town.
You know, let Jennifer Aniston enjoy her new love. I mean if she wants to poke holes in all the condoms, so what? It's normal (for her). At least she's not parading around having 72-day marriages! So tasteless.

So Jennifer Aniston was friends with a major agent in Hollywood named Sue Mengers, who used to rep heavy-hitters Barbara Streisand and Candice Bergen. Anyhoo, Sue liked to play matchmaker and had some comments about the end of Jennifer Aniston's relationship with Brad Pitt:
But she had a soft, warm side; she was a yenta who loved fixing people up, in work and in love. If a match struck, she would urge the woman, “We have to close the deal.” After Brad Pitt left Jennifer Aniston for Angelina Jolie, Mengers told me that she advised her beloved Jen to ask Brad for some of his sperm.
Listen to your yenta girl! You have to wonder if she saw what was coming? I mean, that's pretty bold for an old gal to tell you to get some of Brad Pitt's sperm. Then again, she was an agent, so she probably realized that Brad's DNA in a baby would mean instant cash - so she was looking at it from a $ standpoint.

Jennifer Aniston Tops List For Hottest Woman Of All Time
Hollywood superstar Jennifer Aniston is one happy and proud woman these days.
This developed after a widely popular health and lifestyle magazine has recently voted as hottest woman of all time in a poll conducted by MensHealth.com.
The 42-year-old Horrible Bosses star top the prestigious list of 100 hottest woman of all time which includes Marilyn Monroe who got the third place and American pop superstar Madonna who was ranked fifth.
Also making the list were Hollywood action queen Angelina Jolie at number 10 and American singing star Britney Spears at number 4.
The widely popular on-line site said Aniston got the honor for being sexy, funny and real in both her career and personal life.
The website said other stars who made the list have one dimension in their personalities which is why they did not make it to the top of the list.
Aniston expressed joy over her selection as hottest woman of all time and thank those people who voted for her.
Asked on what she considers a man man? The actress said a hot man for him is someone who can make her laugh, has compassion, kindness and an accurately sized ego.
Well, if you will ask me if Aniston deserved the tag? Well, I might say she did, she is not only hot but very funny as well, top that!

Jennifer Aniston and boyfriend Justin Theroux were spotted strolling hand in hand in New York City today (November 8). Last night at the Glamour Magazine Women of the Year Awards, Jennifer confessed her love:
"I rarely comment on my personal life but I am here to tell you that I’m madly in love. And I’m madly in love with the one and only Chelsea Handler. It’s really hard not to admire a dynamic, brash and ridiculously hilarious woman who has assembled such a large and rabid fan base — and she’s drunk half the time!”
While Jennifer won't comment on her relationship with Justin, Jen has been very close with her new friend Chelsea Handler.
Jennifer Aniston Clears Up a Few Rumors
Jennifer Aniston seems to constantly have rumors following her. Now the actress wants to clear up a few things. In an interview with Hello! magazine, Jennifer explains that she and boyfriend, Justin Theroux are neither engaged or expecting a child.
About her slight weight gain (which I don't even see), Jennifer admits that she's gained some weight because she gave up smoking. As far as engagement rumors, Jen says she's not entirely sure she'll ever get married again following her divorce from ex-husband Brad Pitt.
