Amanda Seyfried Is Not Promiscuous
Amanda Seyfried is playing a porn star in her latest movie, but that doesn't mean that she lives that life off-screen. In fact, she feels so strongly about it, that she was actually paid by Glamour to share her viewpoint.
The actress, 26, told the March issue of Glamour that despite being in the prime of her dating and screen career, she is actually uncomfortable with the thought of sleeping around.
“I’m terrified of being promiscuous,” she told the magazine. “I don’t like the feeling you get when it’s not something that you truly want to do, and I hate the emotional abuse you give yourself afterward. It’s just uncomfortable when you’re with somebody and you’re like, ‘I don't really know if I’m even comfortable with this. Why did I? Eww!’ ”
Seyfried, who was most recently linked to real estate exec Andrew Joblon, added that she truly believes that “dating can come without sex.”
Umm, ok - yeah if you're Mormon dating comes without sex, that's why they get married after 3 months of dating! But sure Amanda, I believe you.
