Lindsay Lohan Is Going to SUE!!!
Lindsay Lohan has had enough of false reports about herself. Reports of other people about her own business and she is just flat out angry about it.
When we say other people, we are referring to some media outlets that published a story that she was out drinking the night away when she attended the SAG awards after party last weekend.
Sources that are close to the embattled actress confirmed that she was exploring some legal options to put a stop or at least get back to those media outlets with her lawyers.
Lindsay was just angry and disappointed about those who published the stories, as she believed it was an effort to hurt her when she is saving her career.
However, while Lindsay admitted that she was indeed at the said party, she was adamant that she did not even take a sip of booze but water only.
Hmmm looks like there is no love lost between Lindsay and media outlets that just find it hard to give the woman a break.
Lindsay Lohan Moving Out of Venice Home
Looks like Lindsay Lohan was so scared off after having a trespasser on her property in Venice Beach, CA (the same place that's right next door to her ex-girlfriend, Samantha Ronson) that the actress is giving up the beach front home and moving out immediately. A moving truck was spotted outside Lindsay place today.
... we're told by sources directly connected with LiLo ... the move could be cross-country -- she's seriously thinking of living in New York City when her probation is terminated at the end of March.
In the meantime, Lindsay is living at the swanky Chateau Marmont -- made famous by John Belushi who OD'd there in 1982.
It's pretty pricey ... but Lindsay's got Playboy money.
Moving to NYC might be the best move this girl could make.
Lindsay Lohan Signing on to Play Elizabeth Taylor
Lindsay Lohan has apparently "close" to signing on for her first big movie returning movie role. The actress is set to sign a deal where she will play one of the legendary actresses, Elizabeth Taylor.
Lindsay -- who will appear in court at 10 AM PT for her probation progress hearing -- is in the final stages of negotiating the deal -- this according to sources very close to the actress/perpetual defendant. We're told the plan is to sign the deal early next week.
And we're told ... Lindsay is actually getting more scripts than she's received in years -- apparently producers have noticed she's finally showing some maturity.
Maybe this time she'll focus on her career, not the Hollywood nightlife.
Lindsay Lohan Owes $90K+ In Back Taxes
*Sigh* I don't even know what to say anymore Lindsay...can you do anything right? So besides her regular run-ins at County, her theft charges, her community service, her sobriety $2K a week coke habit *pause* (sorry my fingers are sore from typing) and all the acting roles she's landing, Lindsay Lohan has managed to somehow not pay over $90,000 in taxes from last year.
Per court documents, the Internal Revenue Service filed a notice of a Federal Tax Lien on Jan. 5 in California against Lohan, claiming she owes the government $93,701.57 in federal income taxes for 2009. The lien was assessed against on the 25-year-old thesp's Encino home for the amount of the unpaid bill.
Wow - she has a house in Encino? How the hell does she have a house there and Venice? Thought girl was broke? Well, she is broke, but guess she saved up a little of her appearance money.

Looks like Lifetime just signed it's own death warrant, but....Lindsay got a job!!! Well, almost. She is "in talks" with Lifetime (read Lifetime needs publicity) to star in an upcoming original movie about Elizabeth Taylor's rocky romantic past.
The 25-year-old actress is in early talks for the female lead in Lifetime’s original movie Elizabeth & Richard: A Love Story, chronicling the enduring love of movie icons Taylor and Richard Burton, whose fiery romance was the most notorious, publicized and celebrated love affair of its day. The film, produced by Larry Thompson (Amish Grace) and written by Christopher Monger (Temple Grandin), was originally announced as part as Lifetime’s 2011-12 development slate.
Hmm, does this "development slate" include a celebrity rehab show, or a "busted for DUI on your way to work" show? That would seem a little more fitting. But, all jokes aside, it would be nice for Lindsay to actually land an acting role for once. Let's just hope it lines up with her probation schedule.

Lindsay Lohan Gets a New Tattoo
Lindsay Lohan is moving on from her rocky few years and she's leaving a mark to remember it.
The actress got a new tattoo on Friday (January 6) to add to her collection of body art - this time on her wrist. The tattoo reads "Live without regrets".
Lindsay Didn't Make It To Dubai

Lohan’s rep, Steve Honig, tells TMZ … “Lindsay is not going to Dubai, nor had she ever considered doing so. She will be spending New Year’s Eve in Los Angeles with a few close friends and family.”
Wow - that's ballsy losing a $10K+ appearance fee just to pretend that you're sober and responsible. Her PR firm isn't playing games! I wonder how she's going to pay for her mom's psych bills or her rent next month?
